Students who receive education at the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Ankara can obtain following awards or be candidates for the awards according to their success in the educational process.

Prof.Dr. Selahattin Nejat Yalkı Award

Students who graduated from Ankara University Veterinary Faculty without loss of years and who reach the highest grade average in all clinical courses will be nominated for this award. It does not require candidacy. The award program is conducted through the Ankara University Student Health Foundation.

Prof.Dr. Metin Taşbaş Anatomy Award

Students who have graduated from Ankara University Veterinary Faculty without loss of years and who reach the highest grade average (without failing) from Anatomy I and Anatomy II courses will be nominated. It does not require candidacy. The award program is being continued through the Ankara University Development Foundation.

Azize Açıkalın / Lucky Love Award

5th grade students from the Veterinary Faculty of Ankara University can be the candidates for this award. It is expected that they will present a case presentation in the form of a report on the animal diseases they encountered in the Ankara University Veterinary Faculty Clinics or the Ankara University Veterinary Faculty Mobile Clinics. Students may receive academic support. The award program is being carried out by the Deanship of Ankara University Veterinary Faculty.

Dr. Serdar Altınsaat Pathology Award

The students who graduated within 5 years from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Ankara University and who reach the highest grade average from the courses given by the Department of Pathology will be nominated for this award. It does not require candidacy. The award program is being carried out by the Dean of Ankara University veterinary Faculty
